I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during check-in and check-out. Ukrainian ladies at the restaurant provided excellent service. The hotel is located in the heart of the action, within walking distance of historic sites.

The reception team was helpful and available 24/7. They provided assistance and maintained secure access, the doors were locked at night. The staff kept the doors locked at night and the lighting surrounding the hotel is good.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. The king room had a spacious layout with a comfortable king bed. Artwork added a nice touch. I appreciated the double sink and the ample counter space in the bathroom.
